By imaging, do you mean getting some sort of picture of what's there? This usually requires a high enough frequency such that the wavelength is roughly the same order as the size of the object. That's why GPR operates in the 100 megahertz range. Ground resistivity equipment is more like 100Hz range, too low to image with.
