Speaker magnet has interrupts signal from 20-30 cm distance behind sensor. Must go for piezo

So finally figured jack connection. Found out that there exists switch type jack which i succesfuly installed for connection with iphone or ipad( maybe useless but works. Next thing is that i also noticed much better sensitivity with leds. It shows change already even if speaker change isnt really noticeable plus sign bit led shoots on too.

Did one test with about 1/64 wall scrap hollow iron rod 1/4 diameter 3' long bent in V shape for sensitivity.
Leds do catch that rod in distance of around 4-5' airtest. Hearable Frequency change comes in around 3-4'

Calibration seems to be working very well.

Happy that i mounted threshold pot. Might be useful together with iphone connected.

Hope i can assemble control box soon and take it out for real test.

Please let me know if i need any resistors for my Leds.. They still do work.

Chemelec. I think iron pipe of 4" diameter could be detected in around 5-6' with this instrument.. Still i will test it out to know for sure

Finished... Working good. Calibration works ew horizontal rotating 360deg. Then vertical operating. Here photos!

Conected to ipad through 3.5mm mono jack with resistor. Free app backyard software

Correction.. Sensor tubing is 5/8id 3/4od, spacers are 3/4id 1"od and main tube is 1"id and 1 1/4od so wall of main polycarb tube is 1/8 thick and wall of thinner sensor tube is 1/16. Adjustement Screws are 10-32 thread.
