Search for infos - Gps data logger and Software

Following problem,

i have a analog magnetometer which produce a signal to drive two antiparallel led as signal meter.
An aditional board can be used to generate a tone according to the voltage input
so enough points to collect some datas.

First problem
How can i log the datas? - voltage and gps point with a adjustable frequency maybe 10Hz-0,5Hz

second
what software can i use to genarate a graphic or ar measuring map (google map track+log datas)

something similar like the map in this link

I'm using the Surfer is extra.
I did a variety of options.
Most GPS at the start and end of each track.
Now I find that you only need to start the first path.
Use Google Maps for each measurement gave the result as alkochol.
Always add measurements: start and stop each track to the results!
