Has anyone discovered a readily available vessel to construct a cylindrical toroid sensor? Also is anyone using kerosene in a sensor and if so are there problems?

Re: Cylindrical Toroid For PPM
Cut 16 doughnuts out of PVC . The center hole should slip over a 45degrees PVC connector ( male -female ) . Glue two discs over the male part ( use a spacer to get the sides even .Could be two halfs of a thick board in doughnut shape that slip off when the discs are fixed in place ) Wind the coil on this form . Glue the elbows together to form the circle . Connect the coils in series ( or half in series with the two sections parallel ). When you glue the sections together lay them flat on a board to get it all nice in line . Beforehand you may fix a fill spout on one of the sections . Kees
