Measure magnetic strenght on industrial magnets

Hello!

I'm pretty new to all this magnetic stuff, so please help me.

At work we rent out fishing magnets for use in oil wells.


We need some way of measureing the strenght of the magnets, so that we can compare diffrent types from eachother, and make sure they still have enought strenght to be used etc.

Is there any device that can be used for this that does not cost a fortune?
