Hi all!
I´am thinking about the design of an proton mag gradiometer based on the knowledge and plans from Jim Koehler and W. Bayot.
They use both an master-slave-approach with one microcontroller for each measurement channel. And each microcontroller has it´s own crystal oscillator.
The question is what errors will occur through this? And are they negligible?
Especially if we consider the temperature variations of an outdoor equipment during a measurment campaigne. 0°C in the morning; 50°C at noon.
Any know-how and suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank´s in advance!
Dirk
