total magnetic field

Hello everybody, I need some held regarding on how to compute or calculate the total magnetic field to arrived at a desired precession frequency. I am currently building Phil Barnes proton precession magnetometer project.All are fixed except to tune the sensors to the local magnetic field here in the Philippines. Any Valuable information is highly appreciated. thanks.

You will need to tune the mag to the relative field strength in your area. You can check the World Magnetic Map for this information.
