Can anyone recommend a data logging program for the Aquascan MC5?

I don't know of any other software that will work with the aquascan.

I think you have to pay for the new windows version, but the DOS version is readily available.

I don't know that instrument, but if it can output serial data then MagLog from Geometrics will log it. MagLog is primarily used for marine magnetometer surveys along with GPS, depth sounders and sub-bottom profilers.
