Instead of this procedure I swipe a small magnet pass each sensor.

Hi. I dont think that your way is right.
We want to adjust the sensors so both of them to receive the same Earth magnetic field. Maybe you can do it if you pass the small magnet at the center of the Gradiometer rod.
Anyway, if you will make a new-easy way to adjust the sensors, please inform us!!
