Future 20XX - Fluxgate Magnetometer in the US?

Does anybody know if the so called Future 20XX GPR (though I suspect to be nothing else but a "simple" fluxgate) Unit is being distributed in the states? E.g. by Kellyco ...?

Has anbody fieldtested this device?
