DIY 2011 PPM or Fluxgate Mag

HI there on the net! I am looking the complete / step by step on how to build both PPM or Flux Mag? I am financially incapacitated to buy the PPM of sir willy. Here in the philippines I did not hear the hobbyist or treasure hunter using Magnetometer. I want to know how? As I go along reading all posted DIY here in the site, i did not comprehend all instruction. That's is why I also want to see complete picture of a running and success project.

However, building a successfully working PPM is a tough task. We took about 6 years for our project to come in its present state.
