Proton Magnetometer MX500

I am looking for a copy of the software, that I believe is dos based for the Planet Electronics MX500 magnetometer. Its the earlier type with graphical display not the newer 'black box' model.

I have tried the manufacturer but they are not supporting any more this model as it is over 10 years old.

The software is very old now - works on XP
Have you run the demo files?

No not yet . My XP machine is on my dive boat . I will try it at the weekend thanks when I go down to it . I only have windows 7 and Mac at home .

Does the software support other mag's as well?
Thinking of the JW Fishers Proton 3 mag with the RS232 output interface.

Hi Ian , it looks ok . I will go online with PC just in case it's in the spam folder . I tend to access my emails from my iPhone ! Ill respond and email a copy ASAP .
