I have some knowledge about electronics/metal detectors, but i usually find myself off the "usual" route many times. Now i want to build my first detector(second try) and i am looking for a good PI design. My question is this. Would it be usefull to monitor the detected signal on a smarphone/tablet device using a standard oscilloscope/waveform app? Discrimination maybe?
