Directly compared with the colors of the other resistors and their values
plus with there vertically from up to down color-rings coding it's 330.

But of course the colors on that schematic are pretty bad:
orange looks like pink or rosee there and brown as dark red.

i thing i made same layout but with k157... ic from ukraine
it works a bit, but must check if it is the same layout when i am back at home

is the lm324 ic pin compatible? seems a good alternative and available

I made this detector last year..... it works but not good in depth and audio very loud. 9v operating voltage 12v will generate more heat.

STALKER and SKIF were realised on ATTINY15L. DIP-8 case! it is extremely pop up popular PI deeeper in UA and RU.
Tracker, Koschej 4I 5I, Clone were realised on AT90S2313. extremaly popular in RU and UA! SIMPLEST PRIMITIVE!

why nobody is able to take this schematics and to remake its in arduino -???

This is not true. There is one man who remade Tracker-PI for Arduino.

the tracker is the balalaika-tri-struna. no there such sharp necessity to connect Arduino to balalaika
just cause you get only same balalaika. take QED and connect QED to Arduino! if you are so individualist
programmer! but they only cooper sht crackheads not wishing to go to ask me what TO DO them!
