  • Pirate Black Devil 2 in 1

Good afternoon I introduce myself I am Malospelos and I am from Spain I currently have a Pirate Black Devil 2 in 1 I would like to know how to increase depth and if you can add multitone or that modification could be done, thanks for your help.

Outside of going with a Larger Coil I can't think of anything for you. Without a Schematic your pretty much stuck with what you have. Looks to be a nice machine.

I suspect that the board will be the same as the pro version and will just need a switch adding.

Most likely the same circuit as here http://www.geotech1.com/forums/showt...m-on-steroids! but I have never seen inside one.

Usually there is nothing to be gained in depth by modifying. The detector becomes unstable.

Post some pictures of tube board might help

Good afternoon, thanks for the answers, the electronics are ready to solder components, I do not know if there is a lot to add.

I have seen that some partner has modified it and gained depth, I do not know if with the same plate could become Pro, I do not know if it could be put into multitono too.

I would like to know if there are differences with the Apolonia model, because we have exchanged the apparently similar dishes and there are variations.

        All responses are grateful.

I have seen that the companion Lasser something modified and gained in depth, many questions jejeje

        Thanks for everything.

The old model fits well coil from the 1200 fisher series. It can go depth in ground only adjusting internal discrimination .New models including appolonia on smd do not go so deep

Good morning, upload electronica photo in case any teacher tells me if adding some component becomes PRO.

I would like to know if you can put the Goldenmask 4wd 12 "Spider coil as I think they are better built.

If you can put the GoldenMask coil that is modified to make it work?

What I have discovered is that the Wave coil is not valid for GoldenMask and the GoldenMask coil is worth for Wave

What is the cause of that?

I would also like to know if I can gain more ground adjustment (GND)
Since the potentiometer stays short in the field that I use it.

                Many curiosities !!

Thank you very much and all opinions are grateful.

                Sorry for my English.

Sorry for repeating there was a problem with the post.

I have a Pirate Black Devil Pro 2. To increase your depth turn up your threshold!

The Threshold is the power control on Bulgarian Detectors. Set the control to 0 and test a coin. Now set the Threshold to a slight tone. Now test your coin again. You should notice a substantial increase in depth. On contaminated ground (iron nails) turn the threshold back to quiet. It will work smoother.

Probably not, regardless of "power control" mean here.
Threshold is Threshold on Bulgarian detectors too, but maybe sometimes it is not really signed by English word "Threshold".

Good afternoon I did not know that there were norms to introduce photos, please forgive the inconvenience , for me the photo was good, I know little of electronica but if I do industrial design, I work and I design with CNC machines I can help them in that subject, I find it interesting at this time and I have seen that here you can learn.

Do not hesitate that if I can help in something im do it.
Anyone can contribute something to your knowledge.

I understand what it says that the threshold sound as they say is the magic of the machine, you can increase the distance to which it reaches "threshold."

Much thanks to all and sorry if I have bothered someone take more care and look at the rules of the forum

                            3. See the light
Before you raise your camera, see where the light is coming from, and use it to your advantage. Whether it is natural light coming from the sun, or an artificial source like a lamp; how can you use it to make your photos better? How is the light interacting with the scene and the subject? Is it highlighting an area or casting interesting shadows? These are all things you can utilise to make an ordinary photo extraordinary.
