Hi all,
I have an old sd2100 navy green detector which I am considering doing the variable gain mod to as described on Ismael's diy page. I am not certain but it would appear that when the added pots are turned to zero that this is where the stock standard gain level is, but what I want to achieve is having the stock gain level set at around positon 4-5 on the pots (especially on ch2) so I that I can not only increase the gain above but also decrease it below stock levels.
So my question is this,
What are the values of the two resistors that are removed during this mod on A- sd200, and B- sd3100 ?
If I know those resistor values then I should be able to figure out from the sd200 mod what values I need for the pots for this mod variant that I want to perform on my sd2100.
