  • Modification for Radio shack 3006

i don't really think its worth any amount of time and or effort to try to make it any better lol But hell, taking out the circuit and replacing it with a board that does work well lol and putting inside that detector and heading over to a local detector club and seeing the dumbfounded look on their faces when you pull something out of the ground ten inch down would make the efforts well worth it hahaha

            No problem.
I could actually read the message without a translator, but that's neither here nor there.

Iam not an expert in electronics but i answer if by modifying the inductance of the coil and maybe modifying the integrated circuit there may be an inprovement you think.

                        Hello friends.
According to what i see nobody is interested in this subject,i will commit myself to make another circuit then i will address myself to the diagram in this forum to build a more efficient detector, thinks anyway.

some people just want 'to take up'. they do not want 'to share off'. we recall that as EGO.

A better option would be to build a new PCB and use the shell for a DIY metal detector rather than trying to increase top speed by installing bigger wheels on a car with 65hp engine
If you can use a millimeter gauge you can do wonders, the case is big enough to house a Delta Pulse with through-hole components and 4 x 18650 batteries.

It's up to you but I believe you would be better off with a Delta Pulse PCB in that box rather than trying any modifications.

If you have a friend or if you can find a store that can 3D print for you then you can print a bigger coil and do wonders.
There are numerous designs on the Internet and the guys here at the forum have released some nice 3D goodies for coil housings etc.

If you take the measurmenets of the PCB I can design for you a board for your specific dimensions and pot holes etc but when I have the time, if you think you can make the modifications yourself. You'll only need basic soldering skills, nothing "extreme" to worry about.
