Well I'm going to hit Jones Beach on Long Island, NY Tuesday so I'm moving right along on my waterproof Explorer project. In order to get this balanced I needed to move the housing further up the s-shaft, this configuration lets me vary the balance also for different sized coils. I have fairly hefty forearms and this outrigger is nicely out of my way.
