Whites Surf PI Dual Field On/Off/Gain pot specifications

On vacation and after a few tests I believe the On/Off/Gain potentiometer on my Whites Surf PI Dual Field is kaput.

Does anyone know the part # or specifications of this pot ?

100k pot with SPST switch. Be sure to get the right size bushing so the Hexseal will work, I don't know what size it is.
