Depends on who made it. Some 7662 chips are rated for 15V, some at 20V. If you apply 18V to a 15V chip, you will likely cook it.
It is certainly possible to design a high-voltage high-current PI detector for raw depth. It is not always as easy to modify a lesser design to do this. I suggest you start over and design it properly.

in my country usually we get cheap Chinese products ,...
I don't turn on the device very much because components may get broken.

Many chinese integrated circuit are fake. The only solution is to buy them from an official reseller.
An alternative is to order some samples directly from the manufacturer.

Which voltage are you using? I have read 18V, it is too much. It is better that you don't go over 15V.
