bumper for fisher

My new fisher 1236x has a Thin plastic overhang above knobs,3d time out it contacted my digger handle and got badly scarred so I slit a thin piece of rubber hose and slipped over lip for protection,I am surprised Fisher didn,t make it factory.
It is important to slit it down dead center to get a good fit.
