I have a Garrett GTAx 400 and I was wondering if there is some way to upgrade it. There used to be a series of GTAx models but now there is just the GTAx 550. I'd like to add an all-metal pinpoint mode to it because all it has is motion mode. Is the board for the 400 and 550 the same except the 550 has all the components populated?
