  • Micronta 3001 help

    hi all i live in iraq i have Micronta 3001 but it is very old and i want to make some changes of it like changing coil size or electornic circuit but i have no idea how? so please if someone can help me

    Here's the circuit, but personally I wouldn't bother. As you can see, this detector is only a toy.

      Listing through my old files i founded out more details on Micronta 3001!
      Here is how coil was made:

      (it is double "D" coil with 16cm diameter TX is having 4 segments with 25+7+5+13 turns and RX is having 51 turns)

                  Coil maybe a problem to make such small to use as pp.
                  I've seen original 3001 in action, not that good!
                  Yet it is much better than most of pinpointers i have seen so far.
