Tesoro Amigo II coil modification

Is there anyone who wired a wider coil onto his Amigo II? Which coil(s) works well?
Any feedback will be welcome.

Coils

Here in the UK there are a couple of Amigos with 8 inch polo coils.
I was told that only concentric coils and not widescan will work on the Amigo II.
