Compass Gold Scanner Pro mods

Hi everyone, I'm new here, great site! My question is does anyone make a straight shaft or control box under the shaft mod for these detectors. Weight is a little unbalanced imo. I'm also interested in any other modifications people have done to the Gold Scanner Pro/ Relic & Coin, it already has the depth/sensitvity mod from Keith Wills. I was also thinking about buying a "swingy thingy" from Doc. Anyone ever used one, how well do they work? Had a bungee on my old SD 2000 (factory bungee I believe) and I don't think I would have been able to use that machine very long without it. Thanks for any replies and glad to have found this site. There is a company that specializes in custom detector shafts but I don't remember the name of it.
I think you can also chest mount or hip mount your compass.
I made myself a homemade version of the swingy thingy and it works well for me so you do have some options.
