Name the purpose of TL071 and we'll see. For what it's worth, it provides best bang per buck in applications where 1/f noise is an issue. So if your application uses frequencies lower than 100Hz, you'll spend a lot more for a better replacement.
Now that this frankenpost has been brought back to life - If I wanted to upgrade a circuit, I would not necessarily try to replace the opamps with a better part. I would improve the power supply driving the opamps, and maybe the virtual ground depending on how that was done. It would depend on the schematic of course.
It really depends on purposes and what you can pay for it!
Sometimes it's far more advantageous to just couple a discrete higher bias current differential pair to a decent regular opamp for noise performance. Often the case with photodiode front ends.
