Hi Maurizio!
I suggest you to remove al opamp and check the voltage present in any socket.
In every pin 4 you must have a negative voltage of about 6,4V and in every pin 8 a positive voltage of 8V.
This is true for all opamp with the exception relative to LM308. In this case you must check pin 7 instead of pin 8.
Can be the transistor warm up for a short circuit.
Please, check capacitor and diode polarity.
