Help ID this Electronic Part

Wrong again. Here is a correction for 1% and 2% tolerances, and adding some more letters:

C +/- 0.25pF
D +/- 0.5pF
F +/- 1%
G +/- 2%
J +/- 5%
K +/- 10%
M +/- 20%
Z - 20% +80%

(Golly, I hope it's right this time.) This is an exerpt from some unknown reference being sold on ebay. Name? idunno

The part I ordered from Mouser has the same identical part # on it as the one I have pictured in my orig. post.

Soldered the new part in place and the detector works just as it did before.
