    Waterproof Bandido II uMax

This is the unit finished, I've used Heyco Liquid Tight at the bottom of the unit. The Headphones are custom too, I've used 3M ear protection headphones, to make them waterproof I've used a half ping pong ball with a silicone + thermal glue cord around the ball to keep the speakers dry (speakers were taken from a cheap PC headset). For the speakers "bed" you can use a plastic sheet, I've got mine from an old VHS tape cover.
For the faceplate I've used a sheet of Carbon Fiber. The picture at the faceplate as well as controls marks were designed with FrontDesigner 3.0 software (do a search at Google).

If you need more information about this project just drop me an email.

Good Luck and happy Finds !!!

            OtterrBox

Hi, thanks , I've used an OtterBox mod. 9000, it's designed to float so you need to put something heavy inside (lead or something siimilar) the box if you want to use the unit underwater.
