  • METER FOR TF-900

    Hello to everybody,

I hope there is somebody who can help me in this matter.

Just a couple of days ago I bought a used Discovery TF-900 but in brand new condition (did not have a single scratch on it). It seems to operate correctly and I am getting to know it for profitable searches.

However I noticed (after paying it and getting back home) that it did not have any meter in it (not digital neither an analog one). Does any of you can tell me how and where to hook up one? either analog or digital. I have read about an add-on digital meter for the minelab sovereign, but I wonder if I can do the same with the TF-900. Please post suggestions, comments and replys either to this post or to my e-mail: [email protected]. Thanks for you time.

You don't need any meter. At your Sovereign the meter is needed to discriminate between different object. But TF-900 has not the ability to discriminate so only the sound is OK

Actually the meters are multi-functional. They not only are used for discrimination, but als for signal strenght, depth indication and baterry condition.

I need it for a visual indication of signal strength. Now, can somebody help me to adapt one to my TF-900
