I have found somewhere that there must be put a forgotten connection between pin 5 of 4066 and pin 556 ic. Is this really required ?...is this missing?

This mod, I use it for a smoother adjustment of the delay control with small coils.
No need to delete the connection between T2 and C4 Roll 110x110 cm.
However, you can experience the track opening near the collector of T2. Nothing bad will happen.
