    I don't know.
But i read that don't work with multifrequency detectors, so maybe to be a trick for better coil tuning or an increase at Tx power.

i'm going to be little brave here , and voice the opinion of my gut ,
have voiced my opinion in the past and didn't "get away with it"

so anyways , here goes , my instant gut feeling is , IT'S A CON

opinion not based on anything scientific , as there isn't any explination there to explain what it is , or even how it works , only that you recieve a few sheets of paper telling you how to do "IT"

so my best guess is , you recieve a few sheets of paper and no real product , the only thing that would have made the add more "sus" would have been the words "instant download".

no , hang on , "poduct" can be posted or emailed , so , thats oficial then , paper is all you recieve. (or an email , your choice)

and another thing , how come item location is in usa but on flebay austrailia ??

and another thing , i use flebay allot , and have NEVER had a "run this add on" pop up appear , and yet on that add when you click on it i have , hum , very sus.

        or is it just me.

I don't know what is either, but I can see that four different buyers have bought the item & left positive feedback

If you offer to ship to other countries (and specify the countries & a shipping rate) your item will appear on those countries EBAY sites

This listing appears on eBay UK, too.
I wondered if he was selling instructions showing how to build either a receive pre-amp or a stepup transformer. Such a device could plausibly give some measureable improvement on some lower-end machines, in air-test conditions. If it was a pre-amp, it would have its own battery power, hence the validity of claiming it won't drain the detectors battery.

He has been selling these on e-bay as well. Maybe there is something to it. I have to try one.

The depth increases he's quoting correspond roughly to a 4-fold increase in receiver gain. You could probably get away with that on some machines without signal clipping/saturation, due to an imperfect coil null. But put it near some ground, it would fall over. Not to mention EMI issues.
