Help delta pulse

Estoy construyendo el Delta pulse y ya tengo los componentes y la placa(la cual diseñe en corel draw por el problema de los puntos que no coinciden y mejorar las pistas) pero no encuentro en la placa las secciones donde deben ir los capacitores de 4700 uf ni los diodos vd15, vd16, T10. Estas secciones las debo construir por separado?

Compare diagram Delta Pulse from XR71 from side: metaldetector.bratsk-city.ru/master_pi.htm.
On PCB lack of connection of D (IC)8 pin 2 and 6 -it is on diagram.
To be grateful for exchange of experiences and observations in realization of this of project.
