You must bring the board in .BMP format. Then you have to use program which has the function “RESIZE – RESAMPLE”. After each change of size open the program Sprint layout and enter the menu: “Extras – Scanned copy – load bitmap” and attach created a new file on the board in BMP format.
After that you go to “Macro-library” – Trough-hole-TH DIL. Take the template of one integrated circuit with more legs and drag it to the scanned copy screen taking care to place template to the exact location. This will immediately tell you if you made the right resize.
If everything is OK start to trace the board with Sprint layout instruments – look left.
If there is a gap and the integrated circuit pins do not match you have to do new resize until you get the desired result.
As you adjust trimmer potentiometers hold reset all the time set out to zero ,with P3 set sampling another channel for iron ,something you're wrong this certainly works ! pay attention somewhere I wrote that there is a fault at the gate for channel iron , go back and read from the beginning ~!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4GG-j5uKDTU later suffered modifications here is the snapshot of the same detector ,of course with quite modified, now has a smoother threshold of Whites TDI .
Yes I did have reversed pin change and I set 2-3 LM reset button pressed, I put trimmer RV1 = 0V; RV2 = 0V; RV4 = 15mV; RV5 = 0V; RV6 = 0V; RV7 = 0V; P1 = (0Vpin6 ne5534); RV8 = 80K RV3 =? P3 =?It is ok?
I did not mention that the oscilloscope to make adjustments to 50us-75us and the delay 25us. Thanks
