Yes. You can use HEF 4011 BP in IC 7 position.
Only IC 3 is a unbuffered tipe (CD 4011 UB)
In position TR 6 use J 176 (P-channel switch)
2N 2646 is a unijunction transistor. Do not use it there.

If you will construct the original one, you must find the metallic LM709, not the plastic. I constructed it before years.
LF357 who used by Ivconic is much better.

I start this project 15 years ago,i get schematic from old electronics book. I stop construction becouse not find E176 transistor anywhere,now its time to finish the project,but i want to use 1mx1m coil.

Ypu can use a 1x1 coil at this detector without problems. The delay of this is 50us so you don't need to shield the coil.

Yes bat yours is old version with tako 87bx135 (that is imposible to find). On this forum is modification without them (shem, plasment, pcb and picture), you can go and see ...
