  • connect the stick to cold end of the coil, ie to power supply line. ground the coil socket, inside the housing. then by wire connect steam to the socket.
remember, your body/hand must be isolated from the stick.

The stick is made of carbon fiber, the wire does not touch any part of my body, the connections are correct...

                • The problem was easy to solve.
The wire jumpers should be in the blue (top) layer (C1), but that's less important, it was more important to mark all the holes as "Through pad":

                  • With Fedex option pcbs arrive within 10 days... at least to my place.
Just look at the prices for 5 pcbs, nobody can compete that!
                    I just LOVE JLPcb!

                              • A friend sent me a link from Iran Ads. FelezJoo for sale. When converting Tomans to Dollars; the price is about 88 dollars.
The first thing to notice is the new and improved pcb design.
And the use of LF357 in a round, "military standard" package.
There are some of these in my local stores, but they are very expensive!
Still... a detector this good is worth the investment.
What interests me is; can anyone find the gerber files for such a new pcb?
