thx for presenting video, i think it is good enough to build

would you please be so kindly to load the project datas here on this thread
    pcb files, programm code shematic

    best regards to you
    hello bernte_one

that's not my video, just found it on the net.
the author or designer on their forum did not published any schematic or pcb files.
just published hex codes in demo version which works 300 times on-off.
also he did not published any cad or lay or brd files just given pcb drawing in pdf format.
better to ask koohyar because he is Iranian. I'm from another country just can understand %40 of their language.

anyway, you can download necessary files on page1 or through previous pages. already available here ( on geotech1).

    regards

The correct schematic can be found in post #71.

      • Hello Berte,
i have inserted comp. values in the image from build document. You can use 4700uf for C26 or 10000uf.

        • here is a new test video by Mr.Koohyar
search coil diameter is 60 cm and is spiral flat type or spider type.
target is a small iron dish or plate.(appears to be dinner dish)
detectable from 180 cm as see on video.
( it is not my video and found it on the net by search)

thank you Mr.Koohyar for sharing your video.
          thank you
valid for 15 days. MP4 format

          • what depth can this detector do on a US nickle with 12" coil ???? looking at the pcb i cannot see this being a very deep detector !!! maybe just like the chance pi detector in proformance.

              • It's a nice video right there. Shows 2 meters detection depth alright. It's also very nice how the tone changes when the metal is closer to the coil, can give you an idea
                if it's a deep signal.

                • As I understand, video show that test target tend to be balanced out after 1-2 seconds of first detecting.

Is this due to weak signal and target is balanced out together with ground signal, or there is some other explanation?

                  • lets see a test on a small ring or coin ????

I think you're wrong there. Look at the video 0:55 when the target is at it's closest side the sound is constant.

It seems that the target is being held at the maximum area of detection and moving it with few centimeters further away weakens the signal.

                        • There are multiple sound options in the menu, I still haven't checked them all but some sound really nice.

                            • Hello daverave,
i get about 28cm in air for a 1 Euro coin with a 25cm coil. It has a diameter of 25 cm, 362uH and 1.7 ohm instead of the recommended 1 ohm. Yesterday i did a first field test and had problems because of false signals. But at least i found a soup ladle in about 15cm depth. Sorry, i can't give you more information at the moment. I hope to continue testing next weekend.

                              • thank you koohyar for new video. its cool.

but friends, consider that, the diameter of search coil is 60 cm.
obviously from such a large coil, this result (detection depth ) is expected.
