THE PROBLEM WITH MY CIRCUIT IS THAT THE VOLTAGE AT HIGHLIGHTED POINTS WAS GOOD PRIOR TO INSTALLATION OF ATMEGA AND LCD BUT WENT DEFICIENT AFTER ATTACHMENT. TRIED REMOVING LCD BUT STILL NO RELIEF. I DOUBT PROBLEM WITH LCD AND SUSPECT ATMEGA PROGRAMING AS I HAVE CHANGED THE IC THREE TIMES WITH SAME RESULT.

no iran kit not better than original abaut ic attenly that is for bybas counter and its not free the only original hex on atmega is in the first bage in the iranian fourm

I am unable to burn fuses to ATMEGA328P using arduino uno or nano. it is highly inconvenient to have arduino mega etc. Expert members help me solve this issue

Basellafe this video does not show how ATMEGA328P is connected. I have tried this by connecting the ATMEGA328P using my method of connection but only hex files are installed but the fuses fail. Please show how to connect the ATMEGA328P to achieve the desired result.

For setting the fuses for atmega328p with arduino as ISP you have 3 ways using arduino and modify the setting at programmer directory or us avrdude directly with command line or use universal avrdude GUI and put the programmer as arduinoisp and you need to read about avrdude command line he is the most used programmer I didn't use all this thing before because I have avr dragon and it work with atmel studio there is a ton of topics about t what you are looking for just use avrdude and arduinoisp
