This is impossible because there is no detector aquamanta available to the public now.

The goldscan 5C issue 4 and 2 are similar. (28 cm on palladium ring 3grs in black wet sand)

The TDI pulsescan version only (high curent pulse not tdi sl) is below golsdscan 5c issue 2 and 4 (reference board) (22 cm on palladium ring 3grs in black wet sand)

The goldscan 4 is significantly below the other. (20 cm on palladium ring 3grs in black wet sand)

I did the retro engineering of all these detectors, so I speak with experience. This represents 15,000 hours of development over the last 10 years .... It is a true passion

Metal enclosure is good for emi but no good for capacitance between mosfet / ground PCB / ground enclosure and metal heatsink.

I recommend using a metal box and use a ceramic sink for the capacitance ! You'll see all your problems disappear! heat dissipation, emi, capacitance etc ...
          Hi Alexandre

the quote above is from the Vallon thread

are these ceramic heat sinks any good

Not isolators, but heat sinks, I think.

These are isolators, not heat sinks.

Heatsinks are made of Aluminum Nitride like attached file

Thanks for the results with the US nickle...with my home made detector with a delay of around 10 uS i can get a whisper on a US nickel at about 18" in air...maybe more in wet sand....and on a 9ct gold wedding band ring about 20" whisper...will look forward to see your video.

Thanks for information, the results are on wet sand for me, in air, I have a result most important but not real, ordinarily the small sound disappear on the beach because too ground effect near water and wet sand....

In France we have no 9ct, we had 18ct and 22ct (but rare), It is obvious that the 18k target is much harder to take than 9ct, we can not achieve depth of 20 "on the big rings and in some wet sand conditions (harsh downhole)
