something wrong with LT1054. The positive and negative values should be nearly the same. You have difference 1V what is to much difference. Check capacitors polarity. Near LT1054 one of them should be placed as "reversed"

I use common resistor (not POT) 1k with my LCD. You have to find proper value for your LCD. Try different values or put POT eg. 20kohm and try to set contrast properly

Yes, i use 1k before, to make sure i use 1k vr, but same result.
Let me know if my lcd power is cabling right.

No! Your wiring is reversed and wrong. That is probably the reason +5V power line is overloaded and 78L05 is hot.

LCD+/LCD- : this is LCD module power supply

LED+/LED- : this is LED backlight

You have to check your mega328 runs program.

Check reset line. Should have state H
Check crystal signal on oscilloscope. The crystal should generate 11Mhz signal
Check clock signal on SPI bus. Should be a few MHz.
Than you are sure that mega328 is alive
