ok Tissa, about your board. i see a general negligence caused by a general misunderstanding of what anti-electrostatic shielding is and for what.

the shield, foil, is not connected to nothing. damn. it is also not isolated above and able to connect pins on pcb bottom side
that is the danger just cause you can burn the pcb. the pots, its enclosures, metallic, are not connected to GROUND of schematic (+12V point), ie not shielded.

i give you perfect examples HOW really you need to follow to do. minelab, fisher, etc. LOOK ATTENTIONALLY.

Hi kt315, Thanks , I received your DP 2 ' Black Revision ' PCB . It is a super quality PCB . I am in a hurry to build the project . Can I use aluminium box for it or should I use plastic box with shielded sides .

            hi Tissa,
i am glad you got superior product.
you may use and plastic and metal box. while if you use metal enclosure with coil 1mx1m coil certainly you will get additional instability.
so metal one with small coils, plastic one shielded with huge coils. your choice.

            i use plastic.

              Got it . Thanks .
If I use isolated 24V to the MOSFET with 1.2 ohm 5W series resister will it give me more output power ?

with 24V you burn the board. output power is getting another way. if you increase PULSE WIDTH to more than 500us.
also you must use another type of MOS-FET and another type of battery just cause a current consuption will increase too.

                  load this file http://depositfiles.com/files/2m3mfw6xy
unRAR. you have to do same way if you want more depth - the box, the batt, the transistor, the capacitors. it is a PI with 1000us pulse width of Eric,
he found otocha gold with. in that (THAT) case you can split power supply - 24V on MOS-FET, 12V on the rest of schematic.

Where did you find the heat-sink for IRF740 . I couldn't find it in ebay
                              Thanks
