ok Tissa, about your board. i see a general negligence caused by a general misunderstanding of what anti-electrostatic shielding is and for what.
the shield, foil, is not connected to nothing. damn. it is also not isolated above and able to connect pins on pcb bottom side
that is the danger just cause you can burn the pcb. the pots, its enclosures, metallic, are not connected to GROUND of schematic (+12V point), ie not shielded.
