Nice work !! You should test the continuity if you have doubt. You should also do the same after soldering to avoid shortcuts.

Fred, i took pictures of some points on the board. Can you have a look ? I've put a LM318 in place of the 709. the output looks nice.
On the output 9 of the 4066, i should have a 400Hz signal but i have nothing.
The outputs 1 and 4 of the 4066 are about 100mv peak but the input is few volts. Is it normal ?

The outputs of 4066 1 and 4 shows me 5Volt, also the outputs of LM324 1,7,8,14 always 5 Volt.
Unfortunately my battery was empty, as I want to recheck this. Tomorrow I will continue..

My light always on trouble was due to a 100K resistor missing... I put SMD resistor cause i cannot wait my order from china and i forgot one ...
Thanks a lot for the time you spend for me and others. It's the second time you help me, the first one was with the KROT2.
                    Tousand thanks

                      You're welcome.
The LED shines still always, nothing has changed?
How much current consumption has your board?

Now i can make the light off with 10k pot.
I have not calculated the power consuption but i tested few hours now with a single 9v battery and it's now 8.5v.
When it'll work good, i'll calculate this

                          Okay.

Calculation...? No, I mean to measure the current, DC in mA with multimeter.
