Actually, i want to use a Non-VCO mode with a fixed sound like TDI.

TDI does not have a fixed sound, it has VCO audio. But yes, you can set the Rev D audio to whatever frequency you like.

Please see attached, i added GB and Gain control (from Mr. Walter schematic) to HH1 Rev. D. Can you tell me your opinion?

You still need EFE sampling. This is where a micro saves a lot of logic chips.

My mean is reaching sensitivity to commercial detector like TDI.

If you are very experienced in PI design it might be possible to achieve something close to a TDI. If you do not have the experience, then no.

Carl (designer of the HH) and waltr have answered your question.
As Carl says, adding a micro would make things a lot easier. In that case you would be better to follow waltr's HH2 version with GB already added.
