TDI Ground Balance

I have ask this question on other sites but here goes.
On my White's TDI SL I only have a ground balance range from 3 to 11. At 3 the ground balance cuts off. This seems abnormal. Any facts about the proper range would be greatly appreciated

Most ground balances between 8 & 9.

You are correct Carl, mine ground balance at 8 1/2. I wondered if this was a bad pot or a pot without the correct range capabilities. Just thought you might know the answer.
