Do not touch them the tile is in four maybe six layers you can easily destroy them capacitors from 220nf Increase speed but also noise.

I desoldered and removed my old ones, with no problems. But, the safest way to accomplish the mod is to cut the old ones as close to the cap body as you can, leaving the leads sticking up. Then wrap the new cap leads around the old leads and solder. Not only is that safest way to do it, but also the easiest. This also the way Reg Sniff recommended to me.
