I did not know to put pcb pictures PS 2 where you can see parts so I gave it to Ivica to brag about something what I'm around 4 months I would be ashamed ,I gave it to you that for you and not to brag by my work...

Orbit i don't see a reason to act so negative, competitive and hostile!?
I thought we overcame that kind of childish behavior and in meantime became a friends?
At least i consider you a friend, can't talk on your side.
Yes you gave me set of pcb's long time ago, several years maybe, maybe longer than that.
It is not secret. I kept them in a box, having not real motif and interest to make them.
Than at the end of last winter, starts this covid19 calamity, curfews... nothing to do.
So i dug out those pcbs and we talked about it. I decided to give it a try.
You gave me indeed few valuable suggestions and hints, so my first diy was success (the one in large funny yellow enclosure).
I decided to make more of those. I ordered pcb's at JLPcb, those arrived recently.
So i am now making one after another. All i wanted to show here with photos is what i am doing lately.
Not bragging about nothing. Especially not on your account.
I am showing photos of my works, in what i invested my money, my time, labor, efforts... what's wrong about that?
I have not disclosed any of your "secrets" here. Chips on photo are visible, so what? Big deal.
You know better than me that it takes much more than this to make it work. Chips and which goes where on pcb is nothing.
Ok, i accept, i didn't consult you about this. I am sorry.
But than again; what are we talking about here???
"My work"... "your work".... where in all this story is Thomas Bauer? Real author of this detector!
C'mon! You should know better than that. This is childish and pretty stupid.
You got it all wrong; i am not bragging about nothing. I am not that kind of a person.
This is diy forum and i am simply showing my own diys. Nothing pointed against you at all.
                    Cheers!

Of course there is always more than i intend to show at first glance:

There is nothing disputable that you put pictures, and that it is not mine or yours, but Thomas Brauer does not work because Thomas did not give you the complete project, but me! What if I didn't give you what would you do if Thomas didn't give it to you? And I'm irritated by that because if I gave you a friend without any compensation, it doesn't mean you should share things that are visible because I disassembled Puls Star 2 for half a year and not you. You got everything chewed up, you just sent files in Sprint in China and got the PCBs you brag about. You just lost my trust, and the fact that you mention children's diseases is up to you, I just realized that you can't keep something from yourself but you have to brag about it and make people applaud you, you're just like that. I wish you all the best, but we don't need to ever discuss electronics again, we can do anything else, because as you said, you could consult me about putting pcb to see parts or not, maybe I wouldn't be angry. I gave it and I just didn't expect you not to make it, I gave it to you, but it didn't have to turn out like this ...
Maybe the translator didn't translate the best Sorry!

                            Nice speaker! (post #39)
                            I dont have one..
I use pc speaker buzzer and made magnetic shield for that speaker, from aluminium pipe.
Also i noticed that Eddy currents can be induced from speaker to untwisted coil wires, so i decide to twist wires betwen pcb and coil socket.

I use pc speaker buzzer and made magnetic shield for that speaker, from aluminium pipe.
Also i noticed that Eddy currents can be induced from speaker to untwisted coil wires, so i decide to twist wires betwen pcb and coil socket.
It s hard to obtain such speakers in local shops. Speaker is 8 ohms/2W but very slim, tiny, 40cmm diammeter.
Ultra slim, but very loud and splendid dynamics.
So what i do? I 3D drawn rear panel with special "pot" (round box as integral part of the panel) for speaker. Than i 3D printed whole rear panel.
Now it has even better dynamics and can produce low "bass" tone as well. Sounds the same (if not bit better) as original PSII.
Who ever saw PSII in alive and heard its sound; knows what i am talking about. It has powerful tone, pleasant and starting from very low.
                              How i obtain such speakers?
Only on scrapyard. Looking up for portable DVD players with LCD monitor included. You know, small ones, you can watch DVDs on your travel.
Those usually are having good sound. Thanks to two such speakers.
40mm diameter is large, providing good "air pressure" and wider range of frequencies that can produce. Splendid dynamics.
Also i scrapped lot of old laptops too. Great source of good speakers, suitable for our diys here.
                              Secret revealed!

Originally PSII analog version is made of 4 pcbs.
Mainboard, front and rear panel boards and "disc" board attached over mainboard.
I tossed all and kept only mainboard. Everything i need is there.
Since Disc feature is not working quite alright on PS models, also not on PS2 Pro (with two Microchip PICs), it simply is not reliable and not presenting very useful feature; i decided to omit it completely from the design.
Orbit thinks he is original and the "first one". Small reminder. I bought my first PSII Pro back in 2001. Worked with it for couple years and than sold it. During the years i got one analog PS II (without Pro).
I am using Dichloromethane in my practice for several years back. What he claims that he did in 4 months; i could do in 40 minutes with Dichloromethane.
But i don't need to do that, since Orbit was faster and did indeed good job previously. So i only used his work since he was friendly and shared with me. That's the main reason i am not able to share any more details upon this here.
I don't want to make him additionally angry on me. I promised not to share and i will not share.
But point is; i had PSII for long time, two units, i collected decent field experience and that's why i decided to omit disc board from it.
Front and back panel boards are redundant too. To use front board; one must have exact dimensions suitable scale, exact type of rotary switch and exact type of potentiometers and two position knob.
Otherwise front panel pcb will not match with just any components bought from local shops and it will end up pretty messy.
So that's why i omit front panel pcb and wired up all the commands with wires.
Rear panel pcb consist of battery monitoring, testing and charging circuit. Orbit noticed, later when he told me i noticed too; something from the rear panel pcb is slowly draining the battery, in time. Something is wrong projected there.
Also as with front panel pcb, you have to obtain exact type of components to match pcb. Otherwise it can turn messy. So i omitted rear panel pcb too.
I made my own SLA charger for charging the battery. And battery alert is already present on mainboard. When battery reaches lower limit; you hear 3 "beeps" in repeating sequences, alerting you that battery is drained.
So, essentially you don't need any additional info upon battery state. All you need is there on mainboard.
At this last diy i also omitted scale. Because scale is also redundant. No disc, so no use from scale. No rear panel battery monitor and charge; no need for scale too.
Scale is deflecting as the sound in speaker arise. Big deal. Who needs such additional information? Sound is quite enough.
So i omitted the scale too. To make things much simpler and more practical on front panel.
