thank you much guys for the help. the switch type hard to find at the sources given by Carl . it is probably very rare mini switch vs one on the link of RHL.
there is narrow space between the pcb and face panel. i will give pics tomorrow you can see this.
however after i undocked face panel to look back (top) side of the pcb and i see just 1 pole used, connected to resistors,
2 pole constantly closed on one trace and 3 pole is not used. that's intriguing for me... why this rare type was used....
