The translation said it was an advanced version of the Clone PI which can be found here on the forum. Main difference is automatic setup. Not being familiar with the original can't say what was involved in the set up? What is the white cylinder with the 3 yellow wires, a choke?

Since I didn't go to the effort of translating the text it looks to me like a chain link fence detector. What's special about it?
