  • Thanks. I ordered via jlcpcb and they arrived into New Zealand in 5 days .. then they promptly got held up here for 1.5 weeks caught up in a backlog of parcels and a delivery to the wrong address .. ... bahh

    Still waiting for delivery ..

    • the 2nd stage is a sliding-window differential amp
      Is there a reference to this anywhere, not much shows up in google, trying to figure out how it works, thanks.

              • Finally got the PCB's .. have loaded the SMT components, well all but two that I am waiting parts for. Should start testing next week.

                    Are they mission critical parts, not just a junk box R or C that you can just solder in to get working

                        • The connectors to the TinyFPGA-BX have arrived ... attached is photos of the board.

                          I am starting testing, although difficult, as my Workshop has had a Rat die in the walls, and the stink is unbearable .. Have had to work elsewhere.
                          I will see what I can get done ..

                          The only part I am waiting for is the LED driver, but I can do lot's of testing before that arrives ..

                          • Update: Have the board working, at least detecting & discriminating metals .. (Found two errors .. which will be fixed on the MK2 version)

                            I am now going to do some fine tuning and get the LED array indicating detected metals once the driver arrives (RS is a bit slow at the moment) ..
