Hi Chamath,

the "diagram" you have updated is a PCB image file. This is not a schematic. Since this is here our hobby only, I guess nobody will spend his free time to do the hard work to follow all tracks to check their proper connection for you without a schematic. If you would upload the schematic from this PCB, you have a fair chance that people can locate the problem in the circuit for you.
